Bread pudding is not my favorite dessert. It is not something I would ever order off a menu, nor is it something I would make unless I was challenging myself to make all the recipes from a website AND had leftover bread from making a different recipe from said website.
SK unfortunately has lots of bread pudding recipes. I picked this one because J bought a pumpkin from the co-op for some reason. You never know what that kid is going to bring home.
So this was tasty, but very heavy tasting, as all bread puddings are. It’s really easy to make bread pudding though, which I never realized before. I guess I could subject people at a dinner party to this as a dessert.
