This is an example of a SK recipe that I have already made, but didn’t realize I had already made until it was done and I was eating it. But at least I haven’t already blogged about it, right? I can’t remember the rules I created about whether I need to redo all SK recipes that I did pre-blog or not.

Strawberry shortcake is great!


I love this recipe. It’s so easy. The only annoying thing is having to have a hard boiled egg or two on hand to make the shortcakes. But even that is not a big deal. Plus there’s something that seems so complete about having a baked thing, a fruit thing, and then a homemade (but easy) creamy thing coming together to be your dessert. It’s lovely and natural.
