It’s starting to get hot in New York, and I’m worried that soon it will be too hot to bake in my tiny-small, poorly ventilated Brooklyn apartment. Solution: bake as much as possible now. And then when summer officially arrives, I’ll turn my attention to ice cream making. Everything will be OK.
