The only reason I made this recipe is because I bought a bunch of spinach to make a salad for a party. Then I got the flu and the party was canceled, so I had a couple of pounds of spinach on my hands.
Spinach, cheese, bread crumbs – what could be bad? It’s really not bad. It’s just that the idea of baked spinach doesn’t interest me too much. I wanted this to be inside a tart shell so that it could be something more substantial and solid.
