I’m really bad at caramelizing onions. I can have very-thinly sliced onions on medium heat for 40 minutes and they still don’t seem to turn brown. I will need to figure this out. Because I think if I had mastered that, these biscuits would have been perfect. But the crunchy onion was back to haunt me. My version of these biscuits also came out a tad ugly.
