I asked J to buy some stuff at the food co-op, and he brought home a bunch of potatoes and some rutabaga. Surprisingly, there are no rutabaga recipes on SK’s website at this time. So I did a search, which picks up reader’s comments. This was the only recipe where I read about people successfully incorporating rutabaga into a SK dish.
These didn’t come out as pretty as I was hoping they would. The top seemed to burn too quickly so I covered it half-way through. The potatoes and rutabaga weren’t exactly crispy, but they had a very nice texture to them. This recipe also forced me to learn how to use a food processor attachment to mandolin-like slice the potatoes and rutabaga. #winning
