I discovered warm lentils salad at a restaurant near college, and have been a big fan ever since. The addition of potatoes makes this a nice, hearty meal. I was so glad SK had a potato-lentil recipe, and that we had enough leftover potatoes to make this one.


The addition of cornichons to this reminds me of eating lentil salad in Germany. So good, so addictive. I’ll keep this recipe around.
