I don’t know if twice baking shortbread makes it nuttier and more flavorful, as this recipe implies, but this stuff tasted legit.
There aren’t a lot of ingredients in shortbread, and it’s kind of easy to make. Maybe I’ll become one of those people who always has homemade shortbread around. For tea time and stuff.
